About Fionnuala

Hi, I’m Fionnuala.

I work with women who’ve reached a point at work where something needs to change, even if they’re not yet sure what.

Maybe you’re in the middle of a transition: a new role, a return to work, a step up, or a step away. Maybe you’re quietly wondering whether it’s time for something different. Or maybe everything looks fine on paper, but it doesn’t feel fine. You’re capable and you’re busy, but you’re not fulfilled.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

Why I do this work

I spent years working in corporate operations before moving into psychology. So I know what modern workplaces are really like: the pace, the pressure, and how easy it is to lose sight of what you actually want.

My background

  • Qualified coach and mentor

  • Honours degree in psychology

  • Masters in Work and Organisational Psychology

  • Currently completing a PhD at DCU Business School, researching neurodiversity at work

My research and my coaching feed each other. I bring evidence-based thinking about motivation and wellbeing at work, but our sessions are practical, grounded and centred on you.

How I work

Coaching with me is a space to slow down, get clear on what matters to you, and work out your next step. That step might be big or small. I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll ask good questions, offer a fresh perspective, and help you make decisions you feel confident about.

Let’s talk

If you’re ready to explore what’s next, book a free introductory call. It’s a relaxed conversation to see whether we’re a good fit, with no pressure.
